The analysis of emotional reactions of the most popular Telegram channels from the category (News and Media) is conducted in the paper. Period: two months since the full-scale Russian invasion were taken into account. The paper's aim is to define and to interpret the Ukrainian Telegram-channels' leading emotions and to observe the most popular reactions' dynamics. A computer program (Python language) was designed for this objective. The program collected all the text items from the Telegram-channels, looked for the emoji and calculated its' number. It was defined, that for the observation period mostly positive emotions prevailed: pride, delight, gratitude. Telegram-channels, which aren't owned by the traditional mass media additionally used humor, sarcastic laughter at the enemy, irony. The emotionality dynamics analysis of 'Ukraina Sejchas' Telegram channel shown, that at the beginning the first phase of the war the reactions usage was more restrained. Afterwards, at the end of the first phase the number increased and decreased before the battle for Donbas. The periodization of the emotional reactions was created. Two weeks after the full-scaled Russian invasion gratitude and delight towards the defenders were the most popular. Afterwards the period of laughter, irony, sarcasm over the enemy was observed. In April, in anticipation of the battle for Donbas again gratitude and delight prevailed. And since 15th of April proud and strength dominated. The reactions usage analysis of the most popular Ukrainian Telegram-channels shown, that in Ukrainian digital political discourse the positive reactions prevailed mostly. Negative reactions were observed not so often. There were anger or irritation. Horror, fear, and sadness were mentioned rarely despite the style of Russian behavior on the battlefields, when attacks on civilians are held, terror and intimidation are used as instruments of the war. In the digital world, political actors have been getting plenty of possibilities for a direct communication with society, without mass media participation. In democratic countries formats and structures of official discourses has been transforming in order to use the possibility. However, changes in authoritarian discourses are not studied properly. In the paper Russian political discourse transformation is considered (four indicators are taken into account). The interrelations of official (president's site) and non-official (internet-site «Lenta.ru») is observed between 2005-2019. The analysis is conducted with computer programs, written in Python. The calculation of the indicators (emotionality, negativism, intertextuality (direct and indirect) shows, that the discourse has low activity. There is no rapprochement between the official and non-official components. Thus, the reorientation of the official discourse towards direct communication and the discourse usage for the political struggle is indistinctive. Low level of political interrelations, which may be explained with some peculiarities of Russian political regime, leads to low indicators of emotionality and negativity for the official (0,03; 0,03) and non-official (0,2; 0,19) discourses. Additionally the direct intertextuality isn't typical for Russian official discourse – it's true for the whole period of observation (0,003), direct intertextuality has been less salient since 2010 (0,9). The indicators for the non-official discourse are larger (0,04 – indirect; 0,15 – direct), although, in comparison with other democratic states, these number are enough for reach forums of ideas functioning in the political sphere. Thus, as a rule, Russian political actors don't create messages, attractive for audiences, in order to disseminate the texts in both official and non-official discourses. To sum up, texts' formats and structure transformation is indistinctive for Russian political discourse, and in the digital reality this makes the direct interrelations between political actors (officials) and society a problematic one.
Comparative analysis of Ukrainian and Russian Parliamentary Political Parties Communicative Activity is conducted in the paper. Emotionality and negativity indicators are interpreted. Computer analysis is used for the indicators calculation. News items from official sites of the parties are studied ("Servant of the People", "Opposition Platform for Life", "Bat'kivschyna", "Eurosolidarity", "United Russia", "KPRF", "LDPR", "A Just Russia"). Is was discovered, that Ukrainian political parties demonstrates higher average indicators of emotionality (18,7%) and negativity (29,7%), that Russian ones (14,5% and 16% respectively). It was concluded, that the results point out to the differences between the political systems: a competitive one (Ukraine) and a controlled one (Russia). As far as Russian parties aren't demand the government party control, the government itself and other ruling institutions, it's influence their communication. On the contrary on the Ukrainian parties sites content incudes emotion statements and negativity. Only one Ukrainian party ("Servant of the People", which formed the majority in the Parliament) had low indicators of emotionality and negativism. It was defined, that the main reason is low need of competition with other party and to criticize the modern government, police and secret services. The research demonstrated a significant attention towards political interactions imitation and leading forms of the imitation. The forms were defined with the more popular political intentions analysis. For the Ukrainian parties the prominent intention is "demand" (with "Servant of the People" as an exception). This is the result of high political struggle and political institutions active interactions. Meanwhile in Russia the intention was used to show the parties members work in the regions, the federal organs weren't addressed. The same results were achieved with other intentions observation ("decide", "support"). In majority of cases Russian parties were concentrated on their activity (or "struggle") promotion in regions or unaddressed demands about social policy. Whereas for Ukrainian parties the current government critics, and (for two parties) Euro Atlantic integration of Ukraine support are significant.

A comparative analysis of Ukrainian and Russian non-official political discourses is presented in the paper. Indicators of emotionality and political interrelations intensity are considered. Political texts of online-media «Ukrainska Pravda» and «Lenta.ru» were used for the research. Period: 2005 – 2019. The indicators were calculated with computer programs (Python language). The difference between the two discourses was observed in 2005-2013. In Ukraine political interrelations intensity indicator is larger, however has been decreasing from 2005 (1,4 – 0,9), in Russia the indicator is much smaller (0,41-0,47). In 2014-2015 in Ukraine the indicator decreased to 0,86-0,88, and in Russia an insignificant growth was observed. This may be explained with information policy change of the Russian mass media because of the «hybrid» war. The general trend in Ukrainian political discourse is decrease in political interrelations intensity, which is interpreted as being a reason of constant non-official mass media discourse digitalization. There is one more difference between the two discourses – in the emotionality indicator. High numbers (0,35-0,42) in Ukraine in 2005-2013 and low ones in Russia (0,19-0,22). And the positive correlation is found between political interrelations intensity indicator and emotionality in Ukraine. And there is no such correlation for Russia, thus political interrelations in the country don't provide emotions. After 2014 emotionality indicators are almost the same (for Ukraine decrease of the indicator, for Russia – increase). And one more difference is in emotional level of texts about political actors (the countries' presidents). Here to 2013 a significant difference is observed with high emotionality of messages about Yuschenko and Yanukovych (however in the case of the latter constant decrease of the indicator is observed). In the times of Poroshenko low numbers are discovered, however, in 2019 the largest indicator is fixated. In Russia the less emotional period is for Medvedev, this shows the imitative character of the power change in the country, and from 2014 the indicator growth is observed. Thus, in the first period of digitalization, emotionality and political interrelations intensity indicators seems to be significant to differentiate the authoritative (Russian) and transitive (Ukrainian) regimes.
Formal analysis of Ukrainian digital political discourse in 2019 is conducted in the paper. Information was collected with Python program find_political_actors.py. More than 21 thousand headlines from a site "Ukrayins'ka pravda" were processed. Formal analysis was conducted with three indicators: diversification, uniqueness, balance. Diversification (average) is 1,1 and the indicator has been decreasing since 2005. However periods of larger/lower diversification are observed. In 2019 the periods are coincide with the preelection campaign and the elections. And the change of political elites didn't cause change in the discourse. Uniqueness (average) is - 17,7%. In 2019 the same political actors were in the spotlight. And, the percent of unique political subjects and institutions has been decreasing. Again, the emergence of new political actors didn't change the indicator. There is negative correlation between the two indicators (-0,8). Thus, in the periods of large diversification the same figures are represented in the discourse. As for balance, the indicator in creased to 0,7 in April (presidential election), however, afterwards decreased and stabilized at the level 0,25. In the mentions rating clear change of attention to president (from Poroshenko to Zelensky) is fixed. However, the second position of the rating was changed constantly. It may be supposed, that the period of uncertainty was started, and there were no powerful figures except the president himself. The results of the research are as follows: a political text contain the one mention of one political actor, and the dialogue potential of the discourse has been decreasing. Moreover, the interrelations is concentrated around the same actors. And, the gap between the first, most powerful figure (president as a rule) and the second one in the mentions rating has been increasing. So, a president gets a monopoly of existence in the discourse, and therefore - forms the agenda.

Nowadays political texts are disseminating in the reality of digital political discourse and «hybrid media system» (Chadwick), where both traditional channels (mass media, press services) and new ones (social networks) are represented. Thus, it's important to understand the dynamics of the channels functioning. In order to do so, political texts from one of the leading Ukrainian online mass media («Ukrains'ka Pravda») are content analyzed (25 October – 24 December 2018). A Python computer program (regular expressions) was designed and used for this purpose. In the Ukrainian digital political discourse mass media are widely used, and the number of reprints from local, all-Ukrainian and international news sites is the largest. As a rule, during the weekends the percentage of reprints grows. However, exclusive news items usage is minimal, and there is no significant dynamics during important events for the national agenda. Press-services were exploited more often, than mass-media, reprints only twice: during the Azov crisis (25th of November) and the day before the Unification council of the Eastern Orthodox churches of Ukraine. The results demonstrates the reality of digital discourse in the circumstances of information overflow: the list of mass-media, used for the reprints, contains about 500 positions. And press-services' texts may not be both: salient and influential for shaping the agenda. Social networks (Facebook and Twitter were studied) are on the third position. There were only three days, when the usage of the networks and press services was almost the same: 29th of October (breaking international events plane crash and a terrorist attack), 4th of November (death of Ukrainian activist) and 30th of November (Azov crisis discussion). And, non-elite political actors were represented only in the second case. Keywords: digital political discourse, Ukraine, «hybrid media system», «Ukrains'ka Pravda», social networks. The problem of blog genre definition is studied in the article. Some researchers refer blogs to cybergenres, wherein blogs functionality considered as one of the main feature. Functionality means hypertextuality, multimedia and interactivity. The discovering of the political blogs hypertextuality, multimedia and interactivity is the purpose of the study. «Ukrainska Pravda» blogs are the material the research. The number of texts with hyperlinks is 53 %. Links depend on desire of blogger, so we can't regard it as one of the main formal genre feature. The blog interactivity character has been changed recently. Bloggers rarely reply to comments (21 % of bloggers). The more popular is the author the less likely he or she reacts to the readers. Bloggers frequently post only text (53 %), seldom add photo (24 %) and video (23 %). So the typical political blog is post with a small amount of links, photos and video, blogger rarely reacts on the comments. Functionality can't be defined as the main feature of the blog. Rare hypertextuality use may be regarded as the evidence of advocacy priority as the main political blog task. Blogs link on official and mainstream media frequently, so they can be seen as a part of traditional political communication. The same conclusion about political blogs was made by American scientists (L. Kenix). Ukrainian political blogs initiate one-way communication as traditional mass media does. The text is the center of political blog, photo and video play a supporting role. The audience of such texts must be competent and critical. So political blog has many similar features with traditional text and can't be regarded as a genre or alternative media. The one quarter of bloggers on «Ukrainska Pravda» are politicians and another one are journalists of mainstream media. Citizen activists post rarely. Ukrainian political blogs can't be alternative media with alternative authors and sources.
